I was getting annoyed trying to track down replacement parts for my Duramax because half the sites I checked either didn’t have what I needed or made it way harder than it should’ve been. This place actually had the parts in stock, which was a relief. Prices weren’t exactly amazing, so that part was a little frustrating, but at least I could actually order what I needed. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy fast, but it got the job done

I ordered from duramaxbp.com and, everything came exactly how I picked it. No missing items, no random wrong stuff in the box, which is ridiculous how rare that can be with online orders sometimes. Happy with the whole thing.

I bought a shed from duramaxbp.com, and the roof has been okay overall. It handles normal weather and light rain fine, and I haven’t noticed any leaks yet, so that part has been a relief.

That said, when we got some stronger wind and a few branches came down, I definitely started questioning how sturdy it really is. It feels like the roof could use more support. What made it more frustrating is that it’s not very clear who actually owns or stands behind the product if something goes wrong, so I didn’t feel totally confident about where to turn. Not a terrible shed, just not as solid or reassuring as I hoped.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from duramaxbp.com: my checkout experience was really shaky, and I ended up giving up before placing the order.

My cart was updating super slowly, and then the payment page froze on me twice. When I went back to try again, the shipping cost had changed, and I had to re-enter my information like nothing had saved.

At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable putting my card details in. Maybe it was just a glitch, but it felt off enough that I left the site. Frustrating, and I’d be careful if you’re planning to buy there.

Overall, it seems like a good product, but it showed up with a dent. Not sure what happened during shipping, but somebody definitely wasn’t being too careful with it.

I picked this up because I didn’t want to spend too much, it’s been working just fine for me. I feel like I got a good deal and saved some money without giving up what I needed.

The door keeps getting stuck and won’t close properly. I had a feeling something was off the first time I tried it, and sure enough, it hasn’t gotten any better.

I had to use the warranty after one of the panels cracked. It took a few emails back and forth, and I ended up having to send photos twice, which was a little annoying.
They did approve the claim and sent out a replacement, so it worked out in the end. It just wasn’t very fast, and I didn’t get many updates unless I asked. Support was nice enough, just kind of slow

The login process feels safe overall, so that’s reassuring. But the details aren’t really explained clearly, you know? How am I supposed to feel fully confident if I don’t know what’s actually happening behind the scenes?

I ordered some floor support parts from duramaxbp.com for my shed, and tbh they worked well. The pieces felt sturdy, lined up like they were supposed to, and once everything was in place it felt nice and solid.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the instructions could’ve been clearer imo. I had to recheck a few steps and kinda figure things out as I went, but overall it did the job and I’m happy with it.

I did eventually get it put together, but the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be. The site works fine overall, but it just feels kind of old-fashioned to me. Some of the pages are a bit cluttered, and the colors don’t really help much with browsing around. It’s not awful or anything, just one of those things where it could look cleaner and more modern, if that makes sense.
